Commercial Asphalt
We install and maintain asphalt parking lots, roads, sport courts. Pathways and driveways. We can assist you in design of layout, slopes and elevations, problem solving, material specifications and thickness, and long term pavement life cycle planning. Installations include all preparation required, from removal and hauling, fabric underlayment, milling or reclaiming, grading, setting elevations, compacting, and sweeping, for single lift, multiple lifts, or overlays. Maintenance includes asphalt repairs by milling and patching, heat blending, or our economical truck load patching. Crack filling is your most important maintenance item to extend pavement life by keeping water from under the asphalt pavement. We rout and fill with a rubberized hot pour crack –fill for best performance. We also sweep, stripe, install bumpers and sealcoat.
Commercial Concrete
We install concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, steps, patios, dumpster pads, loading dock pads, post footings and bollards. These installations include all preparation such as saw cutting, setting elevations, removal and hauling, basing, grading, and compaction. You can choose between white, exposed aggregate, colored, stamped concrete and any combination of these. We remove and replace damaged sections of existing concrete to minimize your expense. Maintenance includes caulking joints, patching, resurfacing with a polymerized concrete system, and cleaning and sealing. We can help solve any problems with your concrete.
